A Charles Penzone concept salon, the new name is a part of a larger re-brand that’s uniting MAX, the Grand Salons, and a new concept in Dublin, under the new PENZONE Salon + Spa brand.

“We’re so excited to bring our new PENZONE Salon + Spa concept to the Short North,” said Debbie Penzone, president & CEO of Charles Penzone, Inc. in a press release. “We’ve had a salon in the Short North community since 2005 and we’re looking forward to bringing our fresh concept to this more urban audience.”

The Short North location will grow in size from 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and feature 10-12 hair stations, two spa rooms, as well as other unique amenities that are a part of the new concept for the salon empire. PENZONE Salon + Spa will offer two dual function mani/pedi areas, a Beauty Zone offering blow outs, makeup and skincare in a community setting, and a Social Room featuring elevated beverage service and healthy eats.

The salon joins White Castle and Orangetheory Fitness as tenants of the mixed-use development. PENZONE Salon + Spa guests will be able to park in the attached garage with 105 public spots available. Construction is slated to begin August 1 with plans for a late-fall opening.
