    OSU Surplus Store Offers Great Deals

    Are you looking for office furniture and don’t have a lot of money to spend? The OSU Surplus Store may be a place for you to check out. It offers lots of great items at extremely low prices. Plus you get the added bonus of buying locally and second-hand without all of the hassles of Craigslist.

    The most popular item they sell are computers. If you are wanting one of those, you need to get there first thing when they open on Tuesday mornings at 8am. Some mornings, especially when they have computers available, there is a line.

    The store sees lots of people running small businesses, charities and non-profits and churches and students. You can outfit a complete office for less than $500. Prices range from $10-15-20 for desks, $15 for filing cabinets, and about $10 for office chairs. Sales are open to the public on Tuesdays from 8am to 3:30pm.

    If you go: OSU Surplus Store is located at 1165 Kinnear Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43212 on the south side of the building. Parking is available. Only third Tuesday for public from 8am – 3:30.
