Sisters Miranda Boyle and Sara Guice have opened a second store in Dublin. THREAD on High opened July 29, 2013 at 13 South High Street. The new store builds on their THREAD on Wheels expansion that debuted in August of last year and their first boutique, THREAD on Grandview that opened a year and a half ago.

Boyle and Guice are thrilled to have another store to showcase their finds.

“We have a great group of customers from Dublin that shop the Grandview store,” says Boyle. “The Dublin area lends itself to our concept quite nicely and the location felt like the perfect place to put the next THREAD.”

The 1,600-square-foot was designed by Boyle and Guice and built out by Mac Construction. The store will carry most of what the Grandview stores does, although “Dublin will have a couple of lines that Grandview does not and vice versa,” says Guice.

With the expansion also comes the addition of options for men. Men’s lines available at both stores include Scotch and Soda, Hudson Jeans, H by Hudson Shoes, Velvet for Men, Hartford, and Barbour.

Store Director Amber Kuehn will be overseeing the day to day of both stores and Boyle and Guice will continue to run the buying and business end of the business. THREAD on Wheels will be on a short hiatus as the new store gets going.
