“Having the opportunity to open a studio in the heart of the Short North is like a dream to me and my team,” stated Orangetheory Franchisee Sarah San Pedro. “We plan to get out in the community and meet neighbors, friends and businesses alike during the construction process so we can grow together.”

The business is the second tenant announced for the new eight-story building that is currently under construction, which will also include a new White Castle restaurant on the ground floor.

“The Residences at 985 High is the perfect location to live, with well-designed ‘smart apartments,’ plenty of parking and an outstanding rooftop gathering space,” said Lori Steiner, President of Borror, developer of the new building. “Orangetheory Fitness will now be one more great reason to live in this brand new Borror community.”

Residential units at The Castle are scheduled to begin completion in April, with the Orangetheory slated to open in Summer 2018. The Short North location will be the chain’s 11th in the region, and members have access to all studio locations.
