Office Space Leasing Rapidly at Grandview Yard

While the much larger 500,000 square foot Nationwide Insurance offices are still under construction at Grandview Yard, Nationwide Realty Investors has announced that they’ve have little trouble filling in some of their smaller office spaces as well. The company announced today the addition of eight new companies to the development, which will fill in 24,000 square feet of space across three existing office buildings.

    • Unum Life Insurance Company – 6,300 SF in the 800 Yard Street building
    • Seamless Logistics – 3,400 SF in the 775 Yard Street office building
    • Columbus Hospitality Management – 3,400 SF in the 775 Yard Street building
    • United States Navy – 2,200 SF in the Keystone building at 845 Yard Street

    • FKP Architects – 1,900 square feet in the Keystone building
    • Executive Eye Care – 2,000 square feet in the 895 W. Third Ave. building

“We are pleased to be announcing this great group of new tenants at Grandview Yard,” said NRI President & COO Brian Ellis. “The demand for space at Grandview Yard is high. As the development continues to mature, we are able to provide an even more engaging mixed-use environment for these new office tenants.”

Another new tenant coming to the area in May is Eddie George’s Grill 27, which announced last month that it would be relocating from The Gateway.
