New Sandwich Shop Headed for Bridge Park

Frank & Carl’s will start serving up sandwiches this fall at 6558 Longshore St. in Bridge Park.

It’s the first location for the sandwich shop and bar headed by brothers and business partners Max and Mitch Stafford.

“The intention of Frank & Carl’s is to add to the existing momentum in the area by providing a delicious, high-quality quick-serve option,” says Max Stafford.

The menu will feature a variety of customizable specialty sandwiches. Ten to 15 grab-and-go options will also be available, ranging from deli classics to vegetarian alternatives. Customers can choose their style for sandwiches and bagels – cold, steamed or toasted – and pair it with chips, cookies or pickles. Craft and canned beer options round out the menu.

While Bridge Park has seen the expansion of many Columbus-based restaurants, including Fukuryu Ramen, Local Cantina, Z Cucina, The Avenue, Cap City, Condado, The Pearl and Pint House, Frank & Carl’s will be a one and only for Bridge Park.

“We can’t wait to welcome Frank & Carl’s to the neighborhood,” said Crawford Hoying Principal, Bob Hoying. “It’s a concept that we do not currently have in the district. We’re excited to be able to offer a quick and quality option to our office users, employees, residents and neighbors in the community.”

Free delivery will be available for residents of Bridge Park.
