    Cameron Mitchell is keen on making his Mitchell’s Ocean Club restaurant his next growth vehicle, but not under that name.

    Two factors are preventing the company from taking the Mitchell’s Ocean Club name outside Columbus. First, a restaurant in one of the company’s target markets has a similar name.

    And, as a condition of the company’s sale last year of its Mitchell’s Fish Market chain to Heathrow, Fla.-based Ruth’s Chris Steak House Inc., Mitchell can’t use his name on any non-Columbus venture.
