Milo’s Catering Taking Over Juniper, Dock 580
The Smith Bros’ Hardware Building, 580 N. Fourth St., once again has an operator for its event spaces.
Milo’s Catering will be taking over three spaces within the complex, to be known collectively as the North 4th Corridor. The long-standing Columbus caterer is moving in after Juniper and Dock 580 permanently closed their doors in June due to the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The beauty is truly in the bones of the Smith Brother’s building,” says Milo’s Owner Loui Pappas. “Each space has a story to tell and we intend to continue to enhance these spaces to appeal to multiple tastes and budgets.”
Milo’s three venues will be known as Post 4, Brick & Mortar and Revery.
Post 4 offers multiple levels with an industrial flair and easy transition outside through a large, glass garage door. Brick & Mortar features exposed brick and dark beams, as well as an outdoor courtyard.
Revery will take over Juniper’s rooftop space. The glass-enclosed rooftop venue boasts sweeping skyline views of Downtown.
Milo’s says each venue offers its own unique atmosphere and amenities.
North 4th Corridor will begin booking tours and private events in November 2020.
