Crawford Hoying announced their first two retail tenants at Dublin’s Bridge Park development today, which includes The RAM Restaurant & Brewery and Mesh Fitness. Mesh Fitness will fill a 10,400 square foot space that hosts cardio and strength programs, group training classes, and outdoor training as well.
“As construction of Bridge Park continues to move forward as scheduled, we are proud to welcome new community-focused fitness brand, Mesh Fitness, to our list of tenants,” said Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying. “Our vision for Bridge Park has always been to create a one-of-a-kind destination where friends and visitors alike could come together and see first-hand all that Dublin has to offer.”
Mesh Fitness is expected to open sometime this fall. All residential units within Bridge Park will receive one complimentary membership to the fitness center.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this one-of-a-kind development, and to serve as the official fitness provider,” said Joel Limes, co-founder of Mesh Fitness. “One of our core values is to offer a premium experience to everyone, at a very affordable price, while also supporting local charities to progress the community.”
Phase one of Bridge Park is scheduled to be completed this Fall, which includes 269,000 square feet of restaurant, office and retail space, two 850-space parking garages, 382 apartment units, and 42 for-sale condos.
Several representatives from Crawford Hoying sat down for an interview with Columbus Underground several weeks ago, providing more information about the status of retail leasing, condo sales, and other updates on the Bridge Park development.
