    Manifesto Adds New Sidewalk Patio

Manifesto Tuscan Grato & Scotch Bar opened last year, and quickly became the go-to spot for Downtown’s scotch connoisseurs and Italian food lovers. With a vigorous and elegant air, Manifesto is part of the trend to transform the Downtown from being a restaurant desert to a buoyant location for happy hours and more.

To that end, Manifesto has created and opened a patio space that overlooks bustling State Street and the State House. The space can seat thirty-six, and will be open every day, weather permitting.

Manifesto’s patio can also be enjoyed during Happy Hour from Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. Customers can choose from $5 select wines and cocktails, half-priced beers, and $4/$5 scotches to accompany specially priced flatbreads, soups and salads.

This Spring, they will also be introducing a new drink menu that will include cocktails on tap, as well as a revolving selection of seasonal beers.

“We opened the patio cause there was space,” said Manifesto General Manager Bill Garland. “We wanted to provide additional dining options, and continue to benefit the Downtown community.”

Manifesto Tuscan Grato & Scotch Bar opens at 10:30am during the week, and at 9am on weekends. For a complete list of  menus, visit www.manifestograto.com.
