M at Miranova Permanently Closes
After nearly two decades of service, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ M at Miranova has permanently closed its doors.
Taking up residence on the ground floor of 2 Miranova Pl., the fine-dining restaurant never reopened after an initially temporary closure due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) has made the difficult, but appropriate, decision to permanently close M at Miranova,” a statement from the restaurant group said. “While we are disappointed, this is the right path for our company, and we look forward to welcoming guests at one of our other CMR locations. We are deeply grateful for the support of our community and thank all our guests who have dined at M during the past 20 years.”
M at Miranova closed its doors for just shy of a month from May to June 2019 to give the space an interior remodel and menu revamp.
While M at Miranova has closed, the restaurant group has continued to open new concepts. After months of coronavirus-related delays, Budd Diary Food Hall made its debut in Italian Village in early April. Up next in Columbus is El Segundo Mexican Kitchen, taking over the former home of Harvey & Ed’s in the Short North, which closed in October 2019.
