    Little Rosie’s Filipino Salad Dressings

If you came to the CU Happy Hour at the Hills Market in Worthington last week, you may have gotten a special bonus – a taste of the Filipino or Spicy Filipino Dressings & Marinades made by Little Rosie’s. Little Rosie’s is based in Columbus and run by Pamela Loch. Pamela was on hand that evening to offer samples of the dressings over mixed greens and cheese crumbles. Her mother, Rosie has been making the dressings since Pamela was a young girl. Now they love being able to share their delicious dressings with others! I sampled the Filipino Dressing and thought it had wonderful flavor. A friend tried the Spicy Filipino Dressing and was excited thinking about how tasty it would be over an Asian Pasta Salad. You can find her dressings for sale at The Hills Market, Katzinger’s Delicatessen and Meza. Or you can also purchase them online at LittleRosie’s.com.
