Lazarus Building Storefronts Ready by Spring 2009

progress-lazarus-retailWith the City Center pedestrian skywalk completely dismantled, many are itching for updates on what’s to be done with the near-empty downtown mall. According to a recent update on the Downtown Columbus website, the development of retail storefronts in the old Lazarus building should be complete by Spring 2009. The website does not contain any details on any potential tenants for these spaces, but we’ll be sure to post up any announcements as soon as we hear them. Until then, does anyone want to speculate, or share their wishlist for the types of retail they’d like to see filling in these prime new locations in the heart of Downtown?
