Columbus shoppers who haven’t seen the Lacoste logo lately should be warned: it’s clawed its way onto more than just polos.
The French brand has a new Easton boutique, stocked with cologne, belts with crocodile buckles, argyle socks, and knit gloves and crocodile-patterned umbrellas for inclement weather.
But the rainbow-colored shirts and related spinoffs are still the store’s best-known”and most heavily stocked”item. Men have 32 short-sleeve color choices at the Columbus location, which opened almost two weeks ago in a small storefront near Pottery Barn and White House Black Market.
