    Kona Grill Leaves Central Ohio Market

    After five years, Kona Grill at Easton Town Center has closed its doors. According to a press release, the Asian fusion restaurant closed abruptly on Tuesday, July 23, and its remaining assets are being offered to the public through a national online auction company.

    Kona Grill opened at 4087 New Bond St. at Easton in late 2015, offering a menu of rolls, sushi, flatbreads and cocktails. The chain originated in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1998 and has grown to 30 locations nationwide. It’s next closest and only other Ohio store is in Cincinnati.

    Kitchen equipment, furniture and decor are all up for auction on AuctionNation.com. Registration is free and available to the public, with the auction taking place online starting Thursday, July 25 and ending on Monday, July 29 at 12 p.m.
