Taking up residence inside The Daily Growler in the Brewery District, Kolache Republic will once again be serving eats on South High Street from 5 – 8 p.m. today, Friday, July 31, and tomorrow, Saturday, August 1.

Regular hours kick off on Wednesday, August 5. Kolache Republic will be open for breakfast from 7 a.m – 1 p.m. Wednesday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday. It’s kolache happy hour from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday to Saturday.

The new location at 702 S. High St. is a whopping 180 feet from its original home at 730 S. High St. The kolache maker closed up shop at 730 in February 2020 after seven years in business. Fans weren’t left wondering what was next for long. In June, Kolache Republic announced it would be making a comeback just down the street by partnering with The Daily Growler. Their former home at 730 will become Dough Mama’s second location.
