Inspired by President Biden’s favorite ice cream order, White House Chocolate Chip features chocolate in two ways: crunch chocolate flakes from Theo Chocolate and chocolate-covered waffle cone pieces swirled in a sweet, velvety vanilla ice cream.

“We are launching this flavor with a vision for building a brighter future in mind. We must support the work of bringing America together and of building a future for us all,” said Bauer. “White House Chocolate Chip is a flavor perfectly positioned for meeting on common ground. It’s a play on Joe’s favorite flavor, and, like Joe, easy to love. It is meant to be a token of appreciation for the moment. And, I hope, a beacon of light and love.”

The new flavor drops in scoop shops tomorrow, Thursday, January 21. It’s a limited-run flavor that will be available as supplies last.

Biden is a documented Jeni’s fan. Before the presidential debates last fall, he posted a photo on Instagram of his “performance enhancers” – a pint of Jeni’s Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks.

Jeni’s operates six scoop shots in Central Ohio – North Market, Grandview, Short North, Dublin, Clintonville, and Easton, with seasonal spots in German Village and at the Columbus Commons. Local delivery is also available.
