Participating local vendors of this first-ever marketplace event include Alison Rose Tees, Anne Holman Jewelry Design, Bethany Lesko, Flamestitch, Just A Jar Design Press, Kenyon Review, Little Alouette, Periodisa, Poshta Design, Made by AmyD, SKBG Photography, Suzy Ultman, and Wild Goose Creative. Glad Annie’s Old World Baklava, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Lucky Ladle, and Pattycake Bakery will sell refreshments. Throughout the day, Igloo will offer free printing and bookbinding demonstrations, mystery bags filled with letterpress cards and supplies for $5 and $10, and a free letterpress card for all Igloo purchases of $20 or more.

“I’m so proud to be a part of the Columbus handmade community,” said Allison Chapman, founder and owner of Igloo Letterpress. “This Bazaar is a way to promote and support other independent businesses that I’ve been fortunate enough to partner with in the past year.”

Since Allison and her family relocated to Columbus in 2009, she has hand-bound more than 650 books, taught more than 200 people about letterpress, and printed several thousand business cards, wedding invitations, journals, holiday cards, greeting cards, and stationery packages.

The Igloo Letterpress Bazaar coincides with Old Worthington Market Day, an artisan festival featuring more than 200 vendors. The Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce will offer a free shuttle service on Saturday from Thomas Worthington High School to Old Worthington between 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Igloo Letterpress is located at 39 West New England Avenue in downtown Worthington, one block south of High Street.
