Hoof Hearted Brewery and Kitchen Opening Next Week

After much delay, the long-awaited Hoof Hearted Brewery and Kitchen will make its debut in Italian Village next Thursday, February 11th. When the concept was first announced nearly a year ago, the owners were aiming for a late-summer opening date.

HHB&K is a joint concept developed by Hoof Hearted Brewing in Marengo, Ohio and the A&R Creative Group, who operate other restaurants including The Crest Gastropub, The Market Italian Village, Ethyl & Tank, and others. The food menu is expected to pair with the locally-made beers in a welcoming neighborhood environment.

“Our plan is to complement the ridiculous, insane (in a good way) Hoof Hearted brews with our own version of seriously dank food,” said A&R spokesman Dan Moore.

The new bar and restaurant will launch with limited winter hours from 3pm to 2:30am on Thursdays through Saturdays and from 11am to Midnight on Sundays.

The Hoof Hearted Brewery and Kitchen is located at 850 North Fourth Street.
