Holy Smoke BBQ Expands Restaurant in Gahanna

You may be familiar with Holy Smoke BBQ through their North Market stall or their popular food truck, but you may not realize that their Gahanna location on North Hamilton Road has recently expanded to offer dine in service to customers looking for a more complete restaurant experience.

“We wanted to make our customers’ experience at Holy Smoke easier and even more enjoyable,” says Stan Riley, owner of Holy Smoke. “Now you can come in with your family, sit down and relax while we bring the BBQ right to you.”

Holy Smoke was originally established as Yoho’s Catering in 1983. Stan Riley joined the company in 1993, introducing smoked and barbecued meats to the business. After taking over in 2005, Riley rebranded the business as Holy Smoke in 2007 with the launch of the original North Market retail location. The business expanded with a second retail location in Gahanna in 2011.

The new full-service Holy Smoke BBQ restaurant is located at 5251 North Hamilton Road.
