Discover how to live a healthy lifestyle in Columbus, all in one afternoon! Did you know that green is considered to be a restful and quiet color? Green has been named one the most beautiful and comforting colors, because it symbolizes nature. It is known to attract harmonious feelings that can diffuse anxiety and helps us stay calm and refreshed.

With that in mind, we’re using green to set the tone at this year’s Healthy Living Festival for a calm and relaxing event. Whether you are interested in learning new fitness techniques, finding new healthy places to eat in Columbus, or wishing to explore ways to bring balance to your home, there is something for everyone!

Upon entrance to the festival, take in the beauty and relaxation in the Zen Zone. Our friends at Yelo Aple are creating a seating area surrounded by plants that can be found in their local boutiques. Bring your camera to get some cool photos of you and your friends having a moment together in a calm and peaceful place.

This year’s Healthy Living Festival will also host a plant swap by Yelo Aple at three different timed sessions! If you want to participate in the swap, please bring a pest-free beautiful plant (or two, or three) for trade (potted or bare-root). In between sessions, you can learn more about growing house plants, keeping them pest-free, and how plants can bring you joy and happiness!

Club Pilates – Grandview Yard, a newer yoga studio in Columbus, is a sponsor at this year’s event, and will lead Mat Pilates during our fitness sessions. Club Pilates offers “classes for everybody” at every level. Stop by their vendor table to talk about how to strengthen your core or breathing techniques, and check out the classes they offer.

Olive Branch Naturals — Founded in 2014, this Columbus-based business wants to show you that they have created natural and healthy products for your whole family to use! Olive Branch Naturals infuses all of their skincare products with skin loving, softening, and moisturizing luxurious oils & butters. Visit them at the festival to try the “most amazing moisturizing products for your skin”.

One Eleven Candles creates candles with a higher purpose. One Eleven Candles are hand poured soy candles with a one-of-a kind blend of oils and crystals. Their candles are “formulated to attract specific energies and intentions”. You must experience these amazing candles and learn more about the crystals used and what intention they set and how you can set a healthy lifestyle for your mind!

Yelo Aple was created from a personal place where the owner struggled with anxiety. Bee, the founder of Yelo Aple, realized that plants gave him a purpose and that they can not only make the air around you cleaner, they can also heal you. Let Yelo Aple help you find your perfect plant and help you unwind and destress with a little green.

Don’t wait to grab your ticket to this afternoon of how to live a healthy lifestyle. All tickets offer guests access to the full event with samples, demonstrations, and fitness/wellness classes. Our Healthy Living Festival has three ticket options; Early Bird Tickets are $35 and give guests exclusive access to the event from 11 a.m. – noon (on top of the 12 p.m – 2 p.m. session). The other two timed session tickets, 12 p.m. -2 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. are $20 each. Early Bird ticket attendees will also receive a limited edition tote created by Yelo Aple that is filled with freebies and other goodies from some of the Healthy Living Festival vendors and sponsors.

The Healthy Living Festival would not be possible without our sponsors: Yelo Aple, Club Pilates – Grandview Yard and Hello Fresh.
