Nationwide Realty Investors presented their plans for the first set of Grandview Yard apartment buildings to the Grandview Planning Commission this week.

The 154-unit $19-million project is divided into three four-story buildings located just north of the Hyatt Place Hotel. Units are divided into three types, ranging between 800 and 1,500 square feet:

    • 95 One Bedroom Garden Units
    • 35 Two-Bedroom Garden Units
    • 24 Two-Bedroom Townhomes

Pricing will range between $800 to $1,900 per month and will include amenities such as individual patio and balcony spaces, a community swimming pool, and a community hot tub and grilling area. All units also have access to both attached and detached covered parking spaces.

Construction is expected to start this fall with residents moving into units in the Fall of 2012.
