    GoYoga Opens Seventh Studio

“Being near Downtown was always on our radar,” said GoYoga Brand Manager Chelsea Bragg, “When we looked at the space on South Pearl in the Brewery District, we could see so many possibilities. Also, having Seventh Son’s Antiques on High as a neighbor should be very good.”

GoYoga opens its seventh Columbus-area studio on Monday, November 19, 2018. GoYoga Brewery District and Antiques on High will occupy the Antiques on High space across from the Grange Insurance building at 716 S. High St. This newest GoYoga will have a roomy, light-filled second-floor studio room overlooking the brewery’s rooftop and patio areas. The old building at 715 S. Pearl St. has great character.

“The original wood floors turned out great,” GoYoga teacher Ryan Rodgers noted. His sister and co-owner of GoYoga, Alissa Rodgers, was attracted to light from the many old-fashioned windows on the second floor as well as it being such a roomy location for the Brewery District.

“It is 2,400 square feet total,” she said. GoYoga Brewery District also has a smaller studio room on the first floor and a generous lobby area.

Now with seven locations, GoYoga conducts over 200 yoga classes a week in Columbus, eco-retreats to Belize, workshops with local yoga teachers such as Anne Weidinger and Rachel Bertner, and events with international yoga celebrities like Bryan Kest.

GoYoga is offering special “Founding Member” rates thru November 18, 2018. Founding Members at GoYoga get free classes for the opening week for themselves, their guests, and also lock in an annual membership rate.

GoYoga really appreciates its community of students and teachers. As part of their gratitude, this Thanksgiving there will be a free yoga class at every GoYoga location on Thanksgiving Day. The largest GoYoga (Powell location) holds classes at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. November 22. Ryan Rodgers will conduct the free Brewery District Thanksgiving morning class at 9 a.m.

GoYoga in the Brewery District opens November 19, 2018. It is located at 715 S. Pearl St. There will be limited parking on the South side of the building and street parking is available.
