    Governor Kasich to Deliver State of the State 2011

    Ohio Governor John Kasich will deliver his first State of the State address today at noon. Early reports are speculating on what types of announcements might be made during today’s speech, and what talking points Kasich will focus on, including the JobsOhio economic development plan, the proposal to lease the Ohio Turnpike, or the heated debate surrounding Senate Bill 5.
