    German Village Man Starts Yard Waste Program

    Village to have its own yard-waste program

    A German Village man is stepping up to fill the vacuum left by the city’s decision to cut yard-waste pickup. David Gaumer, owner of Garden Bouquet, has organized a service for those on the south side. Gaumer is collecting yard waste in the German Village area and is considering expanding into Merion Village and Schumacher Place.
