Stone claims the abv limit wasn’t substantial in their decision to go to Richmond. I tend to believe them, since the limits of the law were well known to Stone (Ohio is their largest market east of the Rockies) and there would have been no reason to make Columbus one of their finalists if the abv limitation was a deal-breaker.

That said, we’ll never really know, I suppose. I’m thrilled the law is finally changing, though I don’t think it’ll change my drinking habits very much.

Pretty sure Richmond gave them everything but the kitchen sink in incentives/tax breaks. And that was the major factor..

I would assume the widening would be starting as well. There is no room for a sidewalk and a shared use path under the existing bridge.

That’s no small job, and with the opening of Nationwide soon 3rd ave might be the new sawmill road traffic nightmare. Which sucks because I drive up and down it at least twice a day.

    oh well.

On topic: also have not heard one positive review of the food at Balboa.

I’ve used Blue Label before for small run print jobs. http://www.bluelabeldigital.com/ They are in Lancaster, and you can say you use the same printer that does Hill Farmsteads labels ;)

Last night was great. The ending was awesome and it’s about time khaleesi got back to being a bad ass. I’m still looking forward to some white walker action that looks to be coming next week.

speaking of, how many have thought that the king white walker guy they keep showing is actually Benjen Stark?

last night seemed like another example of too many story lines.

Didn’t feel like it to me, they did a brief touch on Bran & Winterfell, but for the most part it was pretty focused on the main stories IMO. I like the build, as so much of it will interconnect soon.

Adding back in the Greyjoy stuff just seemed like another thing to keep track of. I’m looking forward to the interconnect also.

I’ve never tipped using uber. If I can tip through the app maybe, but if it requires me to have cash on me that’s not going to happen.

I’ve also never seen (nor do I know how to) my rider rating. But I still get picked up whenever i need to be.

If you are curious, you can go to the help menu in the app and choose account. You’ll see an option for ‘I’d like to know my rating’, which will show it.

thanks, 4.73 stars… guess I’m ok not tipping after all

I never thought naming your brewery after your city/location was a good idea anyway…
