I wish downtown would put recycling bins downtown next to the trash cans..it would help make downtown be alot more green.September 12, 2011 8:54 pm at 8:54 pm in reply to: Nationwide Children's Hospital – News & Discussion #458028

Nice to see new development like this in the neighborhood. I hope some of the older buildings can be saved before they are long gone on Long Street.September 2, 2011 3:50 pm at 3:50 pm in reply to: Nationwide building 5-story office at Front and Nationwide #459546
Hopefully soon we will see something very impressive in design announced for downtown. Something tall, modern, and sleek. Columbus needs an iconic building..im tired of the Rhodes tower being the tallest building.
I like the way the hotel and apartments front Lane Ave. I feel like the overall look of the apartment building looks a bit too much like the design for the apartments planned at the Ibiza site.
Whats going on with the building just north of this project on Front Street? I would hate to the city tear it down for a parking garage!
It looks like they decided to raise the old warehouse and build new. I love the modern design!August 28, 2011 2:49 pm at 2:49 pm in reply to: Just a thought: Short North/Downtown Apple Store?? #458600
The customers are here…large chains just have to notice a trend coming back to downtown and the inner city neighborhoods which shows people moving back. I would say within a 7 mile radious there are probably 75,000 to 100,000 people who could potentially use an Apple store in the short north. Think about students on campus being so close and taking the number 2 just 5 minutes south.August 27, 2011 10:50 pm at 10:50 pm in reply to: Just a thought: Short North/Downtown Apple Store?? #458590
