OAL announces an opening for the
Organizational Administrator & Gallery Director.

Position Summary
OAL is a non-profit visual arts organization that supports Ohio artists through exhibition and professional development opportunities, and operates a vibrant gallery located in Columbus, Ohio. The Organizational Administrator & Gallery Director, a highly visible liaison to OAL’s membership and gallery visitors, carries out the day-to-day operations of OAL and reports to the Board of Trustees.

This is a full time salaried position starting at a pay rate of $25,000 annually with some benefits, based on 40 hours/week. The Organizational Administrator & Gallery Director will be expected to work some weekends and evenings, and may be expected to work extra hours and travel occasionally. The ideal applicant will have administrative experience and a background in the arts. This position begins mid-July with a six-week training period at the full pay rate.

The desire to assist the organization in sustainable, mission driven growth is essential.
