This will be my first comfest, and I’m excited to have something like this right outside my door!
I’m a bit surprised they get so many bands playing at once in a relatively small area,, but I never see people on here talk about the sound mixing so it must not be a big deal.
I don’t think I’m familiar with any of these bands, but will certainly be roaming around checking things out.
the building looks great and is coming along nicely. if only i had money
“Pokemon…. Is There Anything Good About It?”
My favorite combo is three scoops of savannah buttermint
They should be. Really, who cares what pants someone is wearing? Does it affect other people’s skills and motivation? I can’t say I’ve ever been bothered by anybody’s pants before. It seems silly and archaic to me that some people have to wear suits to go sit in an office all day. Thank God we’re at least over them enough that we don’t have to wear them to baseball games and the mall.
What makes denim worse than any other fabric for it to be attacked by all these people? It’s a sturdy fabric that goes with anything. They’re a lot more practical and affordable than wearing suits every day. Maybe that is why everyone wears them these days, not because they don’t respect what they’re doing or the people they’re doing it with?
vestanpance, exactly. maybe there should just be an age limit?

Not OK on women either. Especially the ones that are wider across than they are tall. Head back to the hills.
I beg to differ!
It doesn’t look like they are. But that Giant Eagle is probably going to be there for a few more years anyway.
I don’t know how big that Giant Eagle is, but i would imagine it certainly meets their demographic requirements and definitely has easy access being right off of 670.
As long as someone is selling groceries there I’m happy though.
I will check out DK Diner.. although I will continue going to hang over easy either way. it is close to school (can go for lunch), and directly along my ride if i want to stop in before class. maybe DK can be my weekend place :)
Looking at the taco truck map, there is Habana Cafe on 5th near Neil.. but it just says open seasonal. Anybody know if they are currently open and have good stuff?
I too have been spoiled by awesome incredible cheap mexican restaraunts in my previous towns.. and have yet to find anything comparable in Columbus.. it’s a bit dissapointing. I haven’t tried any of the taco trucks yet though. They look like they would all serve pretty good stuff, not the same as a good authentic sit down place though.
Cuco’s does look promising. I will have to check it out soon.
I ride by this place on my way to school everyday and always assumed it was more bar than restaraunt, much less a breakfast place. I stopped in for lunch today after seeing this thread.
The french toast filled with berries and bananas was really really good,, exactly what I was craving. Coffee was diner coffee, pretty much what should be expected. Service was fast. My waitress was friendly, and I noticed all the others were as well.
I’ve been a bit depressed since I moved from the suburbs of another city due to a lack of a close-enough waffle house. It’s not quite the same, but I have found my new breakfast place here. I will be back many times.
thanks for the suggestions. I didn’t even think about guitar stores. I would guess out of the choices that guitar center is cheapest. I’ll check it out.
