I am super stoked about all this new development. I was wondering though , It may seem insignificant but how will the animals at the extension zoo handle the noise and commotion of Red, White, and Boom?

Didn’t read thru all the posts, but I would assume someone has the same issues as I do.

    2. The nav bar is invisible. Each button only appears when I rollover it.

I’m using my work computer, so IE 9 on Windows 7.

Same deal here, IE9/Win7 at work, no navigation bar unless you hover over a button. Works fine on the Mac and i-devices.

Yea I am getting that to on IE. It’s sad work does not let us have a better browser…..

True, But I wish their leg kicking arm-swinging bastards for fans would take that dancing crap somewhere else. Maybe that is at the core of my dislike.

Nah, I double checked, basically the failure to stop becomes an F3 in a fatality. She was hit with 2 F3’s @ 36 months each maximum.

    Thanks’ for clearing that up.

I’m not disagreeing, there is probably more charges that could/should have been filed…but if the Trayvon Martin case taught us anything, its that overreaching in charges and walking away without a conviction doesn’t offer much justice.

I’m still trying to figure out how they got to six years, as an F3 should max out at 36 months and leaving the scene is an M1 (6 months jail max).

Actually, they seem to have cleaned up and refined the sentencing chart for Felonies. Now the felonies have two levels under their number in addition to F1,F2, Etc. They are listing the A,B,C parts.
Under the felony 3 it says
“ B. Higher F-3s—The longer sentence range applies to agg vehicular homicides & assaults, sexual battery, GSI, sex with minor, & robbery or burglary with 2 or more separate agg or non-agg robberies or burglaries (see §2929.14(A)(3)(a)) which carries a scale of time as 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, or 60 monthsb ”

So maybe that is why the time is higher.?

    Bikerspeak: “Old Man/Old Lady”

I have many friends that use this term and like you said their bikers. It irks the heck out of me because my boyfriend calls me his old lady. I’m in my early 30’s and he does not have a bike. I told him once the criteria above is met we will talk. It’s just embarrassing if you go somewhere proper (business dinner, meeting new people, etc) and they introduce you as their old lady. WTF

Here’s a serious question, looking at that rap sheet just from the driving aspect, wouldn’t she have an INSANE amount of points…like way more than mandate a long suspension or revocation???

Dude, I was thinking the same thing I know if that were my driving record I would not have a license. On the other side I know that sometimes when you play let’s make a deal it’s possible to have the points omitted while still paying a fine.

so you’re running netflix thru your xbox?

Well we initially started out running it through the Xbox but right now, we have it running through the wireless Tv since it has a Netflix button and all but the address still comes up as Xbox streaming. lol.

I think I’ll pick one up. I’m pretty fed up with Netflix on my xbox. Disconnects all the time. And so I’ve heard it’s runs perfect thru chromecast. Also it’s an extra bonus that my fiance can run netflix off her ipad onto the tv instead of navigating the xbox interface (which she refuses to learn).

Really? That is odd I too have noticed the Netflix on my wireless TV has been freezing and disconnecting a lot here lately. We have checked, updated, and made sure everything on are end was good to go. I wonder what’s up with that

There are no plans for a Weston this coming straight from the people that are running what is left of Westland Mall. They said the idea was planted somewhere but it was only an idea.
