My name is Chris and I’d like to get more involved in discussions. About everyday I look on Columbusunderground for news and discussions. Currently a vegan college student about ready to enter the workforce soon. I was born in Columbus area and lived in Scottsdale, AZ for a short period of time. Columbus just has the best mix of west and east coast culture, with a hometown feel. I like where everything is going.

Oh yea! I hope retailers in south campus willing to see growth between Short North and Campus. Plus up and down high st is getting more apartment developments. This should make south campus more feasible.

Everything is in brick, is this the brick city? I like brick but need some contrast. Stucco wouldn’t hurt or more glass. The Columbia Gas looks like mostly glass but needs to add more of an edge. I like how most of the Arena district looks but needs an edge.

What’s going on with Weston? I would like to find out if they are doing anything yet. I know the area should be looked at after all that road construction is done.

They need more established shoppers south of the center. Professionals that have extra income that could supplement students restricted budgets. There is room to build residences that should be focused for professionals. Lennox for example has a mix of shoppers students, professionals, Grandview.

Why not build a apartment/condo tower? One project could be really unique, drawing attention. With this demand, why not do another modern glass mid-rise on the river.
