Something tells me Mr. Walter can afford the cost overruns by selling a teeny little piece of his Cardinal Health holdings.
I think its a great thing that one of Ohio’s wealthiest individuals is planning to live in a ‘real’ neighborhood that anybody can drive or walk through. He’ll be 1/4 mile from people on the polar opposite end of the financial spectrum.

37.6 million visitors = 103k visitors a day. That seems really high. Even when OSU football is factored in.

Does anybody know if the orange construction fence will be taken down along the trail? I’m pretty sure the fence made the goose problem worse by creating a place for geese to hang out where people and dogs can’t bother them.

Assuming the records are correct. It sounds like they may have been falsifying some of those numbers.
If you’re paid by the public, you’d better keep accurate records (they belong to us) and respond promptly to public records requests.

Everybody runs on the Olentangy Bike Path. And to and from it.

I had the Humulus Nimbus Saturday at Crest and it was excellent.
Visually there’s been a dramatic improvement in water quality north of 5th avenue. Last Saturday afternoon I stood on Woody Hayes bridge and watched a clear flowing Olentangy. That would have been unheard of 2 years ago.
The river banks are kind of bleak, but that will correct itself.
My current neighbors have the most obtrusive sex. It sounds like a combination of demolition, quarreling, orgy, scary movie, and enthusiastic football audience. Since we’re a duplex, there’s no way for me to leave an anonymous tip.
If you send it via USPS, don’t state that it contains beer. They won’t deliver it. You might say yeast cultures or something. You’re probably better off with UPS.
And CPC IPA,IMO, is the most consistently superior beer produced locally. There are lots of good local brews, but in the crowded field of IPA’s it stands out.
