Schumacher has ’em too. I just looked at one there. I would have bought it myself except for the fact that we just fell in love with a little cottage elsewhereFebruary 13, 2008 7:54 pm at 7:54 pm in reply to: Brady Quinn part of group shouting anti-gay insults #175173
hmmmmm, very interesting…
I saw Brady in Columbus about 2 weeks ago.
That same day someone told me about the alleged incident and of course, the way my mind works, I wondered if he was here to appear at court or something
nope. I have seen the tower renderings also. That was done by Jonathan Barnes.
Phase II is the large brick building that lines the opposite side of Firestone Alley. Somewhere between 34-36 lofts, half being under reservation.
In regard to the New Akron Art Museum posts…
I am from Akron
I love this museum
Many in Akron find it ‘controversial’
I think it is amazing
If you get out and travel, you will see that museums and buildings like this are popping up all over
It does great things for Akron
…and I have to say again…
The show is AMAZINGJanuary 14, 2008 6:08 pm at 6:08 pm in reply to: S N Restaraunts are good for one thing: dumpy parking lots #163359
Sometimes, I included, we all get a little impatient. There are many areas of the city that need improving but let’s be thankful for what we have! Plus, the Rossi is expanding and Bill Hugus is gonna do a great job!
I seldom have something negative to say about growth and development.
These just weren’t the type of restaurant I was hoping for.
I really like this show!
Ate lunch @ Short North cafe y’day
It is still my favorite restaurant in this city, McDonalds likeness or not
It’s sooooo good
One of the owners of Northstar studied Chipotle’s concept. I was also told that Cameron Mitchell had made a comment to the owners of Northstar, stating that they could put one up on every street corner and be so successful. I believe their slow growth decisions are smart and that they will continue to grow and do great things :)
It also happens to be my favorite restaurant in the city. That says a lot.
