We could use a kids toy store that’s light on plastic stuff.

A Moroccan restaurant would be nice, too.
+1 on Moroccan.
+2 if they wash your hands in rosewater before dinner.
+5 if they have belly dancing.
There is a new Moroccan restaurant in Hilliard – Casablanca Grill.
We still have tour availability over Valentine’s weekend.
We have an Alt Eats tour on Friday evening (14th) at 6pm.
On Saturday we have the Short North tour (11am) and an All Dessert tour (2.30pm)
Los Guachos on Godown, just north of Bethel. What the small space lacks in seating and flair they more than make up with the food.
Los Guachos has a new location in Gahanna too (Morse Road and Cherry Bottom).
We stayed in a B&B in the Oak Park neighborhood. There are a few to choose from but we stayed at this one:
We drove to Chicago and staying in Oak Park we were able to park for free and then use public transport during our stay.
Der Dutchman has broasted chicken on their menu but I don’t know if it’s the same.
Sounds like you’re already sorted for tomorrow but L’Appat Patisserie in Olde Towne East has their Pan-African menu every Thursday.
Another opportunity to take the meat lover’s tour is coming up this Thursday October 17th
@hannahease the date, time and location would be really helpful!
Just as a warning, you can only do that today since the licensing for the festival allows for on-premises consumption from The Barrel & Bottle. Normally (and unfortunately) it’s not allowed… though that could be changing soon. ;)
Today and tomorrow!
The Barrel and Bottle also has a great selection of beers at the moment so if you run out of tickets or just want to supplement with a full beer while you eat you can purchase beer inside the market too.
Brezel are making a special microbrew festival pretzel made with spent grains from North High Brewing. Really good! They also had huge jumbo pretzels ($10)
Here are a few photos from last night, including some of the pretzels. https://www.facebook.com/ColumbusBrewAdventures
Did you get the zucchini pronto app? It’s one of my favorite dishes in the city. I would go to Basi again and again just to eat that.
They usually do have specials and Vino on the veranda on Wednesdays is really fun.
We are now offering tours of Columbus breweries through our new tour company Columbus Brew Adventures[/url]. We will be offering tours on a weekly basis and they will visit 3-4 breweries on each tour. There are a variety of itineraries for different interest levels.
The first downtown tour went really well yesterday. We had a great group and our partners were fantastic.
The next downtown breweries tour is Saturday Sept 21st and we have three other tours running in September:
