dermParticipantIt’s currently a parking lot for Uber drivers waiting on a fare
As well as honestly the general Grandview area parking overflow. Everyone uses it. Valet uses it. If another business moves in there it will get crazy again. I am bracing for zero parking when Studio 35 goes in. Not complaining, like the energy, but need to get a street spot by 630 most nights like back in the olden days of pre-GE leaving.

dermParticipantTraffic will ultra suck for a long time, but that might slow down Broadview(aka the Grandview Outerbelt). They good news is that will get sidewalks now all the way up Broadview to 5th instead of stopping at the Mews.
dermParticipantAt E. Broad and 71? That has Fast and Furious written all over it. Pop the locks and get on the highway.
dermParticipantIt was an absolutely dynamite dirt cheap family Greek restaurant 20 years ago. It went up for sale around that time for about 300k for the bar, restaurant and whole building when the patriarch had his quadruple bypass(if memory serves). My buddy asked me if I wanted to go in with him on it but we never did. I was so excited when it was purchased and heard it would be an upgraded restaurant. At that time there was Spagio and Figlio basically only on Grandview avenue with Gibby’s(which I loved) down 3rd. Z Cucina was still Byerley’s Aquarium.
When they opened we went the first week or two and the menu had about ten items, mostly crap including I kid you not peanut butter and jelly and it was not a kid menu.

You really need to read up on the law. Pay special attention to menacing and stalking. If you think what this individual did in the stories on the first post should be a crime, you should start typing from a bunker immediately.
You are being silly.
A 12 year old watching Poltergeist gets scared. A man who presses up against a woman at night walking down the street multiple times and tells her he is following her is committing a crime. It might not scare you, but can you imagine how it would feel?
I get your opinion, it would not bother you, so why would it bother anyone else? You are super tough, the women in the report I guess are sissies and complainers, right?
Fact wise, you are wrong, it is a crime. You cannot admit it so now you belittle.
dermParticipantI enjoyed both the Tamarack and Engine House #5.
I enjoyed many a lunch as well as the pool(with 3$ entry fee and full bar) at the Olentangy Inn back in the day.

Get drunk, pay no attention to your surroundings, do stupid stuff, all is well. The same people who have spoon fed you all your life will make it all better again.I understand that yes, when one has their wits about them it is less likely for bad things like this to occur, but this is the same rhetoric that is used in rape and it’s troubling. There is still one person in the situation that absolutely is the wrongdoer. Just because an individual is intoxicated it doesn’t make the wrongdoers actions any less egregious.
So much this.
+2 Sheesh.

Did I miss the part where there was an actual victim?Depends. If you require the people in the post to give you their personal medical records or similar then no. (or not yet, maybe they will)
If you think being stalked or terrorized is bad then the thread has about seven or eight victims listed. Some gave their name, some are anonymous. If the person is the same as the one in the linked report then there has been a ton of victims. That is for you to judge. As you are doing.
What’s in this thread, which is all I’m reading, is a description of a mentally ill guy kind of scaring a couple people.
That’s not being victimized. “Something bad almost happened to me…maybe” doesn’t make one a victim.
You really need to read up on the law. Pay special attention to menacing and stalking.

dermParticipantIf I had a year to plan for that I would totally do North Bank park for the spot. Summer is awesome there.

dermParticipantThat plus a significant number of purchases in the last few years to generate the rentals were cash purchases, no mortgage, from large holding companies.
dermParticipantWhile it is not downtown, the Figlio in Grandview is excellent for kids. Serves pizza and noodles in their base forms and has a big white paper table cloth that kids can draw all over while they wait. Took our kids many times when they were wee. Can seat a big crowd and has a good adult menu.
dermParticipantAlana said fine dining is dead, it is why she literally is counting the days to her lease being over.
I will miss me some Capellini Natasha.
dermParticipantMight have been Spring Break.
dermParticipantBizarre Foods did a Keys Edition and they spearfished them and cooked them up. Looked like fun and tasty. Between shooting Iguanas for food and spearfishing Lion Fish you could hunt invasives and fill your freezer down there.
