    This development has a lot of opportunity. Would be great to see some big, local players get involved in this district to get things rolling (Honda, AEP, OSU, etc).

    I really like the wide green pedestrian bridge that connects COSI to downtown. I’d really like to see a few single story buildings on it – something similar to what you see in the center of Easton (coffee shop, Discovery science store, etc).

    I think you’re right. This proposal only strengthens a boardwalk/riverwalk development downtown. The only issue might be finding parking in that area of downtown (since some refuse to walk more than half a block).

    I like it. Just need to find a way to connect High Street with a new “Boardwalk District” along the river!

    NO!! Greenspace is a terrible idea downtown. This is screaming for a boardwalk along the river downtown. Shops, restaurants, shows, bait shops, paddle boat rentals, bars, etc. I’ll even say it – put a small casino on the boardwalk…
