huzzah indeed. = )
what is cubicle art exactly? artwork made inside 4 walls as opposed to an open floorplan? does that mean you’re in favor of an open floorplan, where your supplies and work arent secure? im not sure how putting a door on a space to keep your work safe and private is a negative quality. please explain…im not understanding.
how is the lottery supposed to work? are tenants based on artistic ability and portfolio submissions, and if so, who is jurying? is it just a random system where folks pick numbers? what is the plan of execution for carrying out a lottery process as a way to allot studio space?
Hey no offense at all, it wasn’t really a Wonderland event though, it was a GCAC event.
Did anybody go to or hear feedback about the 7 Tips for Creative Community event that Wonderland Columbus sponsored? Was Wonderland discussed at all?
I went. It was fantastic. Extremely informative and inspirational, so much so that I’m currently working on upgrading the business plan for the Columbus Artmobile, working on our articles of incorporation, building our board and filing for our nonprofit status, as well as formulating my first ever financial plan as an individual artist. And I was motivated to put in place a new bookkeeping system for my workplace. All based on 60 minutes of discussion.
Wonderland’s Treasurer was a panel member and he was as knowledgeable and insightful as the other members. Can we still not move on from this? really?December 12, 2011 8:47 pm at 8:47 pm in reply to: Festivus! A Holiday Open House @ 400 W Rich Street #470097
