That time again?? Let’s do this!
A sidewalk patio for Strongwater and an overall master plan for USG-owned land in Fton are up for review at this months EFRB meeting next week.
It looks like preliminary plans call for the eventual addition of ~260 new housing units plus mixed-use development and parking on the blocks immediately west of 400 Rich.
Pretty exciting stuff!
FYI that was patio landscaping that was approved, that is not our current master development plan. That was a conceptual plan that was created in 2012 for a CV. We will be looking to development the master plan over the next several months.

No external generators.. Almost all the food trucks utilize some form of an externally mounted generator. I’m curious what defines this. Maybe they are referring to a free standing generator? One that isn’t mounted to the truck? Combine this with the separation requirement, this is a pretty big freaking deal.February 27, 2014 1:09 am at 1:09 am in reply to: City Hall Meeting on Food Truck and Cart Regulations – Wednesday, February 26 #559689

Any mention of generators?February 25, 2014 12:23 pm at 12:23 pm in reply to: Mary Kathryn Paul Sentenced in Hit-and-Run Death of Bob Lennon #554349
It’s been awhile since I’ve brushed up on my sentencing guideline laws but Ohio changed the sentencing guidelines in March or April of 2000. Crimes committed after that date and received a sentence of 5 years or more required the defendant to do 4 out of the 5 before they are eligible for judicial release. Less than 5 years they can be released in 6 months. My bet is she will serve a year.February 25, 2014 12:16 pm at 12:16 pm in reply to: Mary Kathryn Paul Sentenced in Hit-and-Run Death of Bob Lennon #554348
Her sentence is less than five years. She’s eligible for judicial release in 6 months. A five year sentence would have guaranteed a 4.5 year incarceration period. IDK seems pretty shitty, I don’t know all the details either.
