As far as driving in the city, I don’t know about you guys, but I am more annoyed driving in the burbs than in the city. Sawmill, Polaris Pkwy, Brice, any of those type roads, drive me nuts with the traffic. Driving in the central area beats driving on any of those roads any day of the week.

Yeah, that weirds me out daily. Why is it really easy for me to navigate my vehicle around the SN and downtown but it completely sucks trying to get on the freeway in Dublin?

Exactly. I’ve been stuck in traffic at Sawmill and 161 too many times to count, at non rush hour times. Why go up there when you have to sit in traffic? I’d rather go to the Short North and walk, at least I’m in motion and not wasting my time waiting for a light to go green.

I’ve had instances where I got fed up with being unable to park and went elsewhere and where I had a bit of paitence, found a spot and walked a few extra blocks. I can see the reasoning behind the frustration. It’s a popular place though.

I have to park down there on Friday and Saturday night. My answer may change a bit after then. :P

The guide now has less programming information and is slower to operate. How is this an improvement?

Charly wrote FYI, gelatin is not an ingredient in the yogurts in Jeni’s Stores. The reason it was used in these recipes is to accomodate average home ice cream machines.

    (Recipe development process mentioned here:

I would encourage your friend to experiment without gelatin and see how it works – part of the fun is in the experimentation! Frankly, having tasted most of the 75 recipes attempted, they ranged from very good to excellent to incredible. Little tweaks might work well – Cheers!

Thank you very much for clearing this up Charly!

    Great press and congratulations.

I am, however, a bit concerned about the use of gelatin in the frozen yogurts. A good friend of mine is a vegetarian. Shoot. I sent her the article and tried to break the bad news to her.

Very happy with it. Still trying to find the right razor though. Used to use a Braun electric. but it died after thirteen years and I never got around to replacing it.

I lived on Deshler for a year and a half and miss it still, six years later. It’s a very active and vibrant area. relatively safe. Use typical urban precautions. Lock doors, close shades at night, etc.
