Hey, just a heads-up to let everyone know we are playing Friday, November 29 (BLACK FRIDAY!!!) at 4 pm at Lost Weekend Records (2960 N. High St.) for FREE!

Todd May (our guitar player) will be playing an opening set, and then Lydia Loveless will perform with a full band. It’ll be fun, and lots of copies of our new EP “Boy Crazy” will be on hand for purchase. This is our last show in Columbus this year (unless something else comes up) so if you want to see Lydia perform in a tiny venue for free, this is probably your best opportunity.

We’ll be there for 60’s night! Whole buncha bands playing 2-3 songs from a different year of the 60’s. So definitely we’re playing and it will be fun, but it’s not like a Lydia Loveless concert.

We are playing Independents day though, so that’ll be our last full-blown show in town for the year. Maybe.

This show is basically my wife, Lydia, and myself playing songs she wrote. However, due to contractual obligations, we cannot bill this show the way we normally would. So come on out for a rare, early, free show at Italian Village’s newest, less douchey bar.

I am sure JP would prefer our earlier work.

Thanks for coming out everyone! We had a blast at our debut at one of our favorite music bars in town. Sorry about the confusion about start times; I found out the day of the show it was going to be way earlier than I thought.

Also, I’m the merch guy/bass player, so we can’t really sell anything until we’re off the stage. Check out lydialoveless.com though if you still want to by some vinyl. I’m doing inventory right now and we still have 10 or so copies left!

See you everyone again in maybe the fall!

Well it sure would be cool if you could make it out! I advise you take a nap when you get home from work tomorrow, because we are definitely going on last of the three bands, maybe around midnight or so. Sometimes you gotta sacrifice sleep in the name of rock & roll.
