Real-time is already out of date! I mean what major city hasn’t had real-time for 4-5 years. PLUS there are many apps now that work with COTA’s bus route data and are pretty close to real time. COTA NEEDS TO DROP real-time and use its money for something else. PLUS COTA had real-time back in 2010/2011 before “upgrading” their real-time tracking…5 years later..NOTHING!

Great thanks! Very helpful. I was going to go to the wakeup and start up today but my business cards never showed up yesterday. Plus I’m not looking for startup funding as much as clients right now. Can someone go to wakeup and start up with out looking for capital?

Anyways, thanks for the links !

The thing I don’t understand about passenger rail in Central Ohio is, what is the hold up? Why is there nothing on this year ballot? The last time there was any passenger rail issue discussed was what 2007? This is great that there still discussion on Columbusunderground, I just don’t understand the hold up for any sort of passenger rail in Columbus…

After reading the 10 tv article, I wonder. Is the monopoly of 10 sites really that bad? Maybe its because I dont’ really smoke and when I do I barley smoke. I mean, you will be able to grow 4 plants and carry up to an ounce on you. Thats like 15-20 joints I believe(according to the web). Plus it sounds like this is politically infused. If we vote no, will we have the option again?

I mean I understand why to vote no, but is it worth it? I am leaning towards NO, but to be honest I really don’t know.

You’d be surprised but as long as paper bags have paper handles, people really don’t look back to plastic bags. I didn’t when I lived in San Francisco for 2 years. Granted, using reusable bags would be great but NOT everyone’s gonna do this. The majority of people in San Francisco did not use reusable bags. Nope, brown bags with paper handles super glued by the manufacturer, worked great! I traveled up to 2 miles carrying groceries home with out them the paper handles breaking.

Our bus system over all is not bad, but not great ether. The TSR implementation can not come soon enough.

Someone should come up with a rating system, just like they do for skiing.

I think this is Bull Crap, that we are scared to show this movie. Does no one else? North Korea wins!

I don’t know if this was asked, but will the fact that Coleman will not be seeking reelection increase or decrease the chances of a light rail in the near future? Coleman has always seemed to be a passenger rail advocate by providing the opportunity for the city to have the option a couple of times during his terms in office. I think it would at least be fair to say that whoever is running for mayor will have to have passenger rail as one of their top campaign issue. Agree ? Disagree?

Awesome. Did anyone noticed that they mentioned Columbus as Columbus and not Columbus,OH like most articles online do? I’m excited and I’m not even a Democratic. I won’t hold my breath. New York and Philly are two major cities that probably have major leverage on Columbus when it comes to the 2016 DNC.
