The “free to do” stuff is just an idiotic dodge. Yet again, no one said you were not free to be a whiny little bitch on the Internet. Just as others are free to point that out to you.
    A.

    this is funny.

im pointed out as a whiny pussy and a whiny bitch by people on the internet, because i made my complaint on the internet.

    .

wtf is this “bad customer” crap?

you seem to think a customer is obligated to help a business fix their shortcomings.

    more bullshit.

a customer is obligated to pay for what they buy, that’s it.

if the experience is not to their liking, they are free to say what they want to,where they want to,when they want to.

you seem to think i have to get registerred with come complaint bureau to get approval before i complain about a bullshit business practice.
    that is pure arrogance.
    to hell with that crap.

Pure arrogance? From the guy who claims he will never make a mistake? Priceless
All anyone is saying is that common courtesy would have been to ask for someone who could actually speak about the policy-not the lowly server. Then complain. I have stated numerous times here that I have no problem with someone sharing a bad review or experience. It just makes it a better review or complaint if it included the response from the establishment as it allows one to better judge the situation.
    I

sorry, but i’ve decided to ignore your bullshit, because you’re obviously just looking for a frigging argument.

it seems to be your method.

I sincerely hope you never have an issue with your business where a customer is unsatisfied and chooses to ignore you and go online with their dissatisfaction instead.

    this will never happen

i put my customer’s satisfaction first, and i don’t play games with fees i have to pay that are associated with my business.

business owners need to educate themselves on the cost of running a business, before trying to educate customers on anything.

it’s just too damn bad if the charges are killing them.

running a business doesn’t give you the right to a frigging pity party

the way they pulled this crap was lame, and showed me they don’t have their shit together as a business.

when i sell a product to someone online,99% of the time paypal is used.i don’t tell people to add 3% to the price for paypal fees after they bought the item,i already have it factorred in.

as for people who would rather pay with a postal money order,i don’t charge them less, because now i have to trust this person actually sends the money, and my product is tied up for a few days waiting for a stupid money order, because some people are too lazy to set up a paypal account.

btw,it is not my responsibility as a customer to make it more convenient and less expensive for a business to take my money from me.

.50 may not seem like a lot to some people, but if other businesses starting doing this crap, and consumers didn’t raise hell, you wouldn’t think it was such small change then.

I’m just saying, you spoke to a waitress. Did you attempt to speak with management? Give them a chance to correct or address your issue?
You’ve already cost them 2 customers, rus and you. Think that’s fair to them if the management or ownership has no knowledge of your issue?
You run a business, correct? How would you like it if something got screwed up and a customer ran off to the internet without giving you the chance to correct?

    dude,seriously,just go fuck yourself.

it was run as credit, and i did sign.

    i just don’t get it.

as far as i am concerned,a business has 2 simple frigging choices:

eat the processing fee off of a $20 transaction,or have no transaction at all.

it’s back to waffle house for breakfast for me
