PolisParticipantJust ate here for lunch and had the pad thai and two chicken wings, which were free as a sample!
Unfortunately the chicken pad thai bares only the slightest resemblance to the typical dish I expect at any given American restaurant. The ingredients included cubed carrots, small bits of egg, smattering of low-quality dark meat chicken (you can tell since it has that bit of sinewy flesh you find that holds muscle to bones), a few strands of bean sprouts, rice noodles, peanuts (I think that’s what they were), copious amounts of oil, and green onions all heaped together in no particular order. No spices, no sauces, nothing. It was a bland, oily mess made with sub-par ingredients for a $6.95 price tag (IMO). With a liberal application of the sriracha packet it was tolerable.
OTOH the chicken wings were not bad, I’d eat those again if it didn’t cost $1.25 per wing.
