Whose decision was it to not allow them to build a kitchen? Was that the city or German village? I feel like I’ve been hearing lots of stories about how difficult it is to alter any buildings in German village.
German Village stops east of Pearl. Everything on High Street (both sides) and west is the Brewery District Commission:
I don’t think it’s a matter of commission approval though. My understanding is that it would just be too costly and not enough room to add kitchen equipment to that part of that old building (The Worly Building).
