Okay I must have missed it… did Oprah weigh in on this?
Oprah Winfrey delivered the 2012 commencement address to Spelman College graduates saying, “Be excellent. People notice. Think of how you notice. You go to Taco Bell, somebody gives you an extra napkin and some sauce. You notice … ‘cause even at Taco Bell excellence shows itself.”
Clearly not “weak.”January 29, 2013 5:52 pm at 5:52 pm #268403January 29, 2013 5:57 pm at 5:57 pm #268404

Oh it’s definitely a liability to have a pedestrian in your drive thru, especially a drunk and hungry one.January 29, 2013 7:38 pm at 7:38 pm #268408

*G* once I took the Schwinn through a drive-through in Delaware and apparently it failed to trip the traffic bar so I didn’t show up in the sequence of orders. They did serve me, though.January 29, 2013 9:00 pm at 9:00 pm #268411

Well, McDonald’s is using the Toledo area as a test market now for their new Habanero Ranch quarter pounders, which I have heard are awsome.
I need to go up and see the family to check one (or two) out.
I wonder why companies have moved away from using Columbus as a test market. It seems like its been a few years since we’ve gotten something cool.
I remember when Columbus was a test market for Sam Adams Light when I lived in Chicago, and I would always be asked to bring back a few cases for my buddies.January 30, 2013 1:49 pm at 1:49 pm #268416
