    Before you visit SPACE (Small Press & Alternative Comics Expo) check out the SPACE Anthology 2011 and get a sample of some of the great work that will be available. SA11 is available as a pdf down load at http://www.backporchcomics.com/space.htm

    It ran in syndication for one season in the late 60s. The producers went on to make SPACE:1999.

    I remember 1980…I was 20 at the time. For some reason, I don’t remember the women in the space program wearing purple wigs while stationed on the moon.

    Although that’s not what SPACE is all about you can probably find some cheesey science fiction there.
