    Well, there was a public lot next door to the White Castle too, that this will be taking over, but again, it is a net gain.

    According to the guy behind the counter, the last day of business for existing Short North White Castle is May 31st. They’re not replenishing some of the stock at this point. They’ve sold out of cheese curds. :(



    The Board of Zoning hearing is May 24.

    I take it that closure is contingent on approval… or maybe ownership knows something we don’t. It does seem the city is bending over backwards to accommodate this development, due to the parking garage, so this probably is a done deal no matter what opposition persists.
