This is very tangential, I know, but I don’t really tend to fall in line with that point of view. Worst that can happen is that you say, ‘interesting idea’ and never think of it again. But when a paying customer goes to the effort of telling you what you could do to get them to pay you more, I don’t think it ever hurts to listen.
Oh, sure. As a business owner, my ears are always open to any/all feedback, regardless of whether it’s informed or uninformed.
The issue, which I think RandomVisitor was referring to, is that this kind of feedback is almost always uninformed.
