Don’t understand the attraction to containers. They are huge thermaly conductive steel boxes. Very hard to properly insulate. Cost of heating and cooling an issue. Require Welding and fab work just to begin a project. They are in no way aesthetically pleasing. You would be better off buying a mobile home. Containers work for military storage and housing in Outland places. I guess it’s the recycling zeitgeist that makes people ingnore the serious draw backs to occupancy in a shipping container. Most environmentally friendly option is to recycle the steel container and build yourself a house with modern insulation and thermal isolation. It’s a fad like cup cake stores. A sign of rampant importing of items from over seas with nothing of value to ship back.
