    120 seconds is too long for a cycle length in a pedestrian oriented area. Making pedestrians push a button to cross a street in a downtown is also questionable.

    2 minuets seems like an extremely excessive amount of time to wait for a light to change, but at least you can get your dance on while you wait! ;)
