Hrm… a 2 minute cycle to cross High Street at Vine during rush hour? That sounds like a long time for pedestrians to have to wait at what is a pretty high-traffic pedestrian area:

120 seconds is too long for a cycle length in a pedestrian oriented area. Making pedestrians push a button to cross a street in a downtown is also questionable.

Having to wait 2 minuets is too long really?

The empirical results indicate that it is.

2 minuets seems like an extremely excessive amount of time to wait for a light to change, but at least you can get your dance on while you wait! ;)
